Today's STIGMA is caused by ignorance, fear, and apathy.

I can rise above the mistaken standards of society.

I believe knowledge is essential and to be shared.

I will use assertive communications to combat stigma.

I can support efforts of research into mental illness.

I will advocate and support others who may not be able to.

I will be a positive influence in all that I do and everywhere I go to be a strong Stigma Buster.
